An amazing day for the community of Tamaki PIPC. Thank the Lord for his love shown in many ways today. The beautiful weather, the early risers, the set up crew, the generous customers, super delicious food, creative crafts, pre-loved clothing and items and much much more.
Groups from the community as well as the parish of Tamaki PIPC went all out to fundraise. A special thanks to the people of the GI - Tamaki area, family and friends from across Auckland who came along to support. We really appreciate your help today.
We pray God's blessings upon you all who participated and contributed to our Gala Day. God bless you tenfold for your giving today.
Hello people! What a neat day we had! Some tired but very content looking faces this morning at Sunday School. Our class had a little chat before our lesson started about the day. We shared how it was a lovely time to just hang out with one another as well as meet and greet our local community. Exchanging goods and smiles all day long :) Thanks for the blessings everyone. It was great to see the smiling faces of current and past church memebers, extended families as well as our G.I community come through and support us. Blessings to all the sellers, buyers, browsers and participants of this fun filled event!

On behalf of Tamaki BC, a big thanks to those who supported the Bible Class stall. For your information we raised a whopping $421.50 from our cakes, sweets and muffins table, our toasted sandwich shop and our games tables. All proceeds will go towards our ministry to the high school age kids and up of our church and our community. With the funds raised we will be able to fund our first term trip to the movies in 2 weeks time to see the gospel choir movie Joyful Noise! Moneys raised will also go towards our tea cupboard and other projects this year. Thank you once again for your support and it is our prayer that the Lord reward your generosity many times over.

ReplyDeleteWasn't it cool at the gala day. My table( Kindy department) made a lot of money. My favorite food was Latini's candy floss,Eleni's cookies and my toffee apples. I'm sure that every table got more than they bargined for.

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the Gala Day! I had 2 shops. My family and I were cup cakes was it yum to you guys who bought them? Anyways, the other shop was for Lana's fundraising to go to Samoa. I was glad that God was with us all the WAY!!
