Faiga Lotu a le Tupulaga Matagaluega i Sasa'e

Today, Sunday the 19th of July, tupulaga - youth of our Matagaluega - lead an entire service in the Samoan language. It was a time that was enjoyed by all. We even had visitors from our PIC family - Ranui and Newton in amidst the congregation.
The congregation listened, laughed, cried and were still at different times throughout the service . The focus of today's service was to remind all that 'God is in us' and He requires us to shine like lamps that have been put on the lamp stand for all to see (Matthew 5:14-16). The message was well received and our minister - Reverend Setefano was moved to tears when sharing his joy at all that was presented today. We hope to bring you further blog posts from our youth that will reflect on the preparations as well as the service. We have put together a short piece that will show you the different parts that made up today's service. If you are interested in a full version then please contact Gary, Meauli or Aloema for a copy.
God bless and keep you all as you shine your light brightly for our Lord. 'O lo'o i ai le Atua ia te oe'.

  6. Hello Tupulaga a le Matagaluega i sasa'e
Tina Lealofi joins me in congratulating you all for an awsome and a most inspiring service you have conducted for our Matagaluega last Sunday. Believe you me, everyone who was there was truly blessed by it all! It certainly touched everyone's heart. Thanks leaders for the time and effort you have put in to preparing the whole service. It was evident that you have ALL worked together to make it a service worthy of praise to our almighty God! It is definitely a strong witness to your faith in Jesus Christ. Everyone showed how much you enjoy doing things for God. I commend those who are not yet 10 yrs old but couldn't be stopped from wanting to join - good on you! And its nice to see your smile throughout your performances! The singing was superb. Thanks to the musicians and their musical talents which really lifted everyone's spirit up to God in praise & worship! Thanks to all the performers, the actors/actresses; dancers, the Bible & Prayer readers, etc. Keep it up - who knows, you may be a renown actor/ress/singer one day! So ia manuia lava outou le fanau. Ia manuia a outou galuega - Ia manuia a outou a'oga. May God bless you all.

Love from Tina Lealofi & Tama Setefano

  7. Kiaora Everyone :)

Osum service all round. Just wanted to say a BIG THANKS to all our leaders or 'committee' people for their guidance and patience with all the tupulaga practices. And for the final touch ups that contributed towards making this service the success that it was.
    Have a blessed week all
